Because we work exclusively with fresh, premium botanicals and custom-made materials, our delivery process is thoughtfully designed to ensure your order arrives in flawless condition.

1. Local Bouquet & Arrangement Delivery

We offer professional local delivery throughout the DMV area, with every arrangement transported to preserve its freshness, hydration, and presentation.

  • Delivery Fee: Delivery fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the distance from our studio to your delivery address — so you always pay a fair rate for your location.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Orders received after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
  • Delivery Window: All arrangements are transported in climate-controlled conditions. While we do our best to honor requested timeframes, delivery windows may shift slightly based on routing and traffic to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect form.

2. Turnkey Events & Large-Scale Installations

For full-service celebrations, corporate events, and bespoke floral installations, delivery and on-site logistics are seamlessly included as part of your turnkey package.

  • On-Site Setup: Our team personally manages all transportation, unloading, and precision styling of fresh florals, structural décor, and any custom 3D-printed or laser-engraved elements.
  • Logistics & Coordination: Event delivery times are carefully coordinated with your venue's schedule and catering timeline to ensure a flawless, high-end experience from start to finish.

3. Handcrafted & Personalized Items

  • Custom Designs: Arrangements featuring bespoke components — such as custom laser engravings or unique 3D-printed accents — require dedicated preparation time beyond our standard lead times.
  • Advance Ordering: We strongly recommend placing orders for personalized items or large-scale celebrations well in advance to guarantee material availability and the meticulous execution your vision deserves.

4. Courier Hand-Off & Customer Responsibility

To protect the artistry and longevity of your fresh floral arrangement, we do not leave orders unattended on doorsteps or in outdoor conditions.

  • Recipient Availability: Please ensure the recipient or an authorized person is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
  • Unsuccessful Deliveries: If a delivery cannot be safely completed due to recipient unavailability, our courier will contact you promptly to arrange a redelivery or studio pickup. Please note that additional fees may apply for re-routing based on distance.
