When will my order be delivered?

We deliver daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You can choose a convenient time slot when placing your order. If you need delivery at a specific exact time, please indicate it in the comments, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I return or exchange a bouquet?

Since we work with fresh flowers (a perishable product), returns or exchanges are not possible after the bouquet has been delivered. However, if you have any concerns about the quality at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue.

How should I care for my flowers?

To make your bouquet last longer:

1. Trim the stems at a 45° angle before placing them in a vase.
2. Use clean, cool water.
3. Change the water daily and keep the flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts, and fruits.

How long does it take to prepare a custom bouquet?

Creating a custom bouquet usually takes 2 to 4 hours. However, for exclusive flower varieties or complex arrangements, we recommend placing your order 3–5 days in advance to ensure the availability of fresh flowers.
